Function&Feature
Guide content adjustment before furnace: it can calculate the adding quantity of carburant, ferrosilicon or steel scrap, compared with the target composition, weight of molten iron and yield base on the test results.
Nodularity measurements: By measuring molten iron for acrbon saturation degree and supercooling degree, with enough content of active Mg, calculate nodularity rate.

| Adjustment Calculation |
After the measurement is completed, the adjustment amount of the alloy is automatically calculated according to the preset material target value and the weight of the molten iron; the user can also temporarily modified the target value of the material and the weight of the molten iron to recalculate the adjusted addition amount of the alloy. |
